Background


The mentor program at North Physiotherapy has been established by Victoria Watson. Victoria has been mentoring physios in the speciality of women’s health for many years. Whether you are an emerging physiotherapist at the beginning of your journey, a sole practitioner who requires guidance and support, or an experienced clinician wishing to explore more complex concepts, mentorship is an excellent addition to your professional development. Teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels are key components of Victoria’s practice, whether it be with clients, students or colleagues.

Structure

The mentor program is made up of a series of modules, designed to deepen understanding, refine clinical reasoning and develop practical skills across different facets of women’s health physiotherapy. There are 13 modules which range from introductory to complex. Clinical experience and personal preference will determine which modules a mentee completes. Modules can be spread over multiple sessions.

6 MONTH PROGRAM
6 x 1.5 hour face to face sessions

1 physio = $2260 + GST
2 physios = $2560 +GST
3 physios = $2860 + GST
(will be a 2 hour session)
9 MONTH PROGRAM
9 x 1.5 hour face to face sessions

1 physio = $3070 + GST
2 physios = $3520 + GST
3 physios = $3970 + GST

12 MONTH PROGRAM
12 x 1.5 hour face to face sessions

2 physios = $4660 + GST
3 physios = $5260 + GST

ONE OFF MENTORING

  • Cost = pro rata $250/hour + GST

GROUP IN-SERVICES
