Amy is a dedicated and caring women’s health physiotherapist who is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals, and enhancing the quality of women’s life through every stage of their journey.

Amy completed her physiotherapy training at the University of Sydney and later continued her post graduate studies, attaining a Master’s degree in Public Health.

Amy commenced her career working for many years as a sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapist in Sydney, London and Glasgow. After starting to grow her family, Amy developed a passion for the area of women’s pelvic health and pursued further training to specialise in this area. Amy has been teaching clinical Pilates for over a decade and enjoys applying these skills and exercise techniques in her daily practice.

Amy loves to help women with all pelvic health conditions including throughout pregnancy and beyond, bladder and bowel concerns, prolapse management and pelvic and sexual pain.

When she is not at work, Amy loves spending time outdoors with her three children, going to the beach and on bush walks, and unwinding by curling up with a cup of tea and a good book.
